All patios are different and permits will slow any project down. Back end logistics from ordering to prepping the schedule will begin right away. A good rule of thumb is if your project needs a permit then your start date will be approx. 30 days from approval. If your project does not need a permit we can start sooner. Pergolas, concrete and smaller stone work generally takes 1-2 weeks to complete depending on full scope. Covered patios (shingles and roof connections) generally take 30-45 days after permits.

All Cracks Up To 1/4 Inch Are Considered Settling And Generally Are Not Covered Under This Warranty. This Warranty Is To Cover Structure.

All Projects Must Be Paid In Full And Fulfill The Contract Terms.


All Projects And Repairs Must Be A Minimum of $1,500 To Qualify For The Service Agreement. Otherwise There Is A Seven Day Labor And Material Warranty.
