Robert identified the issues that were most important to us, resolved those issues faster than we thought possible, and his team did perfect work on the entire project. Magnolia Fence did a great job installing my new cedar privacy fence with doors. Quote was provided by Robert who is friendly and will help you work on ideas you may have for your yard and fence. The two installers that came did a top notch job and finished the whole project in one day. My project was smaller about 25 feet of fence and two doors, but still impressive.
Robert at Magnolia was fantastic to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Robert and his crew went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their product. Above everything they got the job done in a timely manner and always picked up the phone or responded to emails when I had any questions. I will be using them again in the future.
We are so happy with the fence that Magnolia put up for us. I email them and i get a response within the same day. We of course still have a lot of questions so Robert, the owner, comes out to the house to talk to us. He genuinely seems excited to be putting up the fence we want. He was able to fit us in during the busy holiday season and the fence was up about a week later. His guys were great also. Nice, friendly, professional. They kept us informed, if there was a decision to make they kept us in the loop. We love the way it all turned out. Also, the quote they originally gave us for the wood fence was lower than the other fence company. As much as we wanted to save money on the wood fence we just couldn't pass up the iron fence that we saw.
Our patio project is finished! We couldn't be more happy with the final outcome! Every detail and all my type A requests were met. Our contractor was absolutely fantastic! Great custom fence and deck work! Moved to Red Oak a few weeks ago, had called several concrete companies and gotten bids. Unfortunately, no one ever called me back. Got Magnolia's name and # from our home contractor, called and had someone out here next week giving me a quote. From there, it was one week later until construction started, and took 3 days. Crew was professional (Angel was great) and Robert, Todd and Amy all kept me up to date with the status/progress. New fence and deck look great at a great price. Thanks again!
So happy we called Magnolia Fence & Patio about a privacy fence quote upon a recommendation. The next day Robert came out to the house to give us a quote. ... I’d like to make special mention of Alberto in the crew who checked with us periodically to let us know what they were doing and when they were leaving... Brian, the project manager, was a delight to have on our property, answering any and all questions we may have had and being especially careful to meet the requirement of a level fence. Bravo to Brian! The end result, we have a beautiful, perfectly level and sturdy cedar stained privacy fence with the sturdiest gates we’ve ever had.
I have now recommended Magnolia Fence and Patio twice for fencing projects with my neighbors. Their professionalism and quality work has been great both times. The second project we didn't even get other quotes because of the quality of work and service that Robert and his team provided the first time we used them. Very good job with the fencing. The pergola is beautiful, designed on site. After about 6 months one of gates developed a slight problem. Magnolia fence responded quickly and sent Jaime and his partner (sorry I forgot his name) to fix the gate. They went way out of their way to correct the problem by completely rebuilding the gate. They could have gotten by with a couple of adjustments and replacing two small boards, but Jaime was not satisfied with that, so he built a much better and stronger gate for me. I'm very please with Magnolia Fence and with Jaime and his partner.
